Food Machinery, Imports and Servicing is a wholly New Zealand owned and operated business with nearly 30 years’ experience in the Food Processing Industry. About the role
This is not your usual support role! You will play a vital part in the smooth running of the wider business operations. Key duties and responsibilities include;

  • Responding to general customer enquiries and general correspondence.
  • Supporting the organisation of collateral and material for trade shows and events.
  • Maintaining effective stock levels and ensuring parts/ products are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Accounts receivable/ payable, ensuring the timely data entry of customer orders and goods for invoicing and payment.
  • Providing general support to the team through the organisation of travel and accommodation, purchasing of consumables as required and maintaining H&S requirements on site.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in a support role with experience across a broad range of administration and customer support activities.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills to build trust and collaboration.
  • Able to work autonomously and adjust to changing priorities; willing to roll sleeves up.
  • Strong systems and IT skills with a high attention to detail.
  • A full driver licence.
